1 Definitions
In these Terms, "BonziCart", "we", "us", or "our" refers to Global Logica Software Technologies (BonziCart) "Affiliate", "you", or "your" refers to the individual or entity participating in the BonziCart Affiliate Program. "Program" means the BonziCart Affiliate Program. "Commission" means the share of marketplace commission earned by you on attributed sales.
2 Eligibility
To participate, you must be at least 18 years of age, have legal capacity to enter contracts under Indian law, and provide a valid PAN and bank account for payment processing. The program is open to Indian residents and select international creators (approval required).
- You must own or have explicit rights to use the website, social account, or channel you'll use to promote BonziCart.
- You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including consumer protection and advertising disclosure rules.
- Government-restricted regions and sanctioned individuals are excluded.
3 Account Registration
You must register through our official signup form and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Each individual may operate only one affiliate account unless explicitly approved.
BonziCart reserves the right to approve, reject, or revoke applications at our sole discretion.
4 Commission Structure
Commissions are calculated as a tiered percentage of BonziCart's marketplace fee on attributed sales (not the product price). Tiers and shares:
- Bronze: 10% of marketplace commission
- Silver: 20% of marketplace commission
- Gold: 30% of marketplace commission
- Platinum: 40% of marketplace commission
Tier upgrades are evaluated monthly based on trailing 30-day attributed sales. BonziCart reserves the right to modify commission rates with 30 days' written notice.
5 Tracking & Attribution
Sales are attributed using cookies and unique affiliate codes embedded in your shareable links. The cookie window is 30 days from the last click. In case of multi-affiliate touchpoints, last-click attribution applies.
Commission is recorded as "pending" at the time of order placement and matures upon order delivery + completion of the 7-day return window. Cancelled or returned orders are deducted from your balance.
6 Withdrawals & Payments
You may request withdrawal anytime your matured balance crosses ₹500. Withdrawal requests are processed by our admin team within 24 hours of submission.
- Supported methods: Direct Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS), UPI, PayPal
- No fees on withdrawals up to ₹1,00,000 per request
- You are responsible for applicable taxes (including TDS where required)
- Identity verification (KYC) may be required for withdrawals above ₹50,000
7 Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Generate fake clicks, self-purchase, or use bots/automation to inflate commissions
- Use paid advertising on brand-keyword bidding (e.g., "BonziCart") without written consent
- Promote BonziCart in spam emails, SMS, or unsolicited messages
- Misrepresent BonziCart, our offers, or product information
- Use trademark, logo, or copyrighted assets in violation of brand guidelines
- Place affiliate links on adult, gambling, hate-speech, or illegal-content sites
- Mask, cloak, or otherwise hide the destination URL of affiliate links
Violation may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of pending commissions, and legal action.
8 Intellectual Property
BonziCart grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use approved marketing assets (banners, logos, copy templates) solely to promote BonziCart in accordance with our brand guidelines. All other use is prohibited. You may not modify, dilute, or co-brand our trademarks without express written consent.
9 Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 7 days' written notice. BonziCart may terminate immediately for material breach. Upon termination:
- Matured, undisputed commissions will be paid within 30 days
- You must immediately stop using BonziCart's intellectual property
- Future commissions on prior referrals will not accrue
10 Disclaimers & Liability
The Program is provided "as is" without warranty. BonziCart is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the commission paid to you in the 12 months preceding the claim. Earnings claims on our website are illustrative and not guaranteed.
11 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Bangalore, Karnataka, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. You waive class-action rights to the extent permitted by law.
