The BonziCart Affiliate Program is free to join — there are no fees, no subscription charges, and no service costs. As such, there's nothing for us to refund to you. However, this policy explains how commission reversals work when end-buyers cancel, return, or charge back their purchases.
1 Affiliate Program Fees
BonziCart does not charge any fees to its affiliates. There is:
- No signup fee
- No monthly subscription
- No transaction fee on commissions
- No fee for withdrawals under ₹1,00,000
Because we don't charge you, there's nothing to refund. This policy only governs commission reversals on attributed sales.
2 Buyer Returns & Commission Reversal
When a buyer returns a product or cancels their order, the associated commission is reversed. Specifically:
- If the order is cancelled before shipping, the commission is removed from your pending balance immediately.
- If the buyer returns the product within the 7-day return window, the commission is reversed within 48 hours of return confirmation.
- Partial returns (multi-item orders) result in proportional commission reversal.
You will see the reversal as a debit entry in your dashboard under "Adjustments". The corresponding pending balance will reduce accordingly.
3 Commission Maturity
Commissions are credited in two phases:
- Pending — recorded at order placement, visible but not withdrawable
- Matured — moves to matured status 7 days after delivery (after the return window closes)
Only matured commissions can be withdrawn. This 7-day buffer protects both you and BonziCart from withdrawals on subsequently-returned orders.
4 Chargebacks & Fraud
If a buyer initiates a chargeback through their bank or card network — even after the return window has closed — the commission may be reversed if the dispute is upheld. In such cases:
- You'll receive an email notification with the order and amount
- The reversal will appear as a negative adjustment in your next withdrawal calculation
- If your matured balance is insufficient, the negative balance carries forward against future earnings
Repeated chargeback patterns may indicate fraud and trigger an account review.
5 Disputes & Appeals
If you believe a commission was reversed in error, you can dispute it within 30 days. To file a dispute:
- Email [email protected] with the order ID and reason
- We'll investigate and respond within 5 business days
- If you're not satisfied, you can escalate to our Affiliate Ombudsman within 14 days
Disputes resolved in your favor will see the commission restored within 24 hours.
6 Already-Paid Withdrawals
If a commission was already paid out to you (withdrawn) and then later reversed due to a buyer return or chargeback, the negative balance will be deducted from your next withdrawal. Your account will not go into the negative — we'll simply offset against future earnings.
In the rare case where you have no pending or future earnings to offset against (e.g., your account is closed), BonziCart reserves the right to recover the amount through legal means.
