Global Logica Software Technologies (BonziCart) ("BonziCart", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect when you participate in the BonziCart Affiliate Program, how we use it, and the rights you have. By using the Program, you agree to this Policy.
1 Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
- Account information: Name, email, phone number, password
- Payment information: PAN, bank account, UPI ID, PayPal email (encrypted at rest)
- Profile data: Website URL, social handles, niche, audience size
- Communications: Messages to support, survey responses, marketing preferences
Information we collect automatically
- Device information (browser, OS, IP address)
- Usage data (pages visited, time spent, clicks)
- Performance data (clicks driven, conversions, earnings)
- Cookie and tracking pixel data (see Section 4)
2 How We Use Your Data
We use your information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Affiliate Program
- Process commission payouts and withdrawal requests
- Attribute sales correctly to your account
- Send transactional emails (commission confirmations, payouts)
- Send optional marketing emails (you can opt out anytime)
- Detect fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms
- Comply with legal obligations (tax, audit, regulatory)
3 Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only when:
- Payment processors (Razorpay, PayPal) — to process your withdrawals
- Analytics providers (Google Analytics, Mixpanel) — for product improvement
- Email service providers (SendGrid, Kaleyra) — to deliver communications
- Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Cloudflare) — to host our services
- Legal authorities — when required by law or to protect rights
- Acquirer/successor — in case of merger or acquisition (notice will be given)
All third-party processors are contractually bound to use your data only for the specified purpose.
4 Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to track affiliate referrals (30-day cookie window), authenticate sessions, remember preferences, and analyze usage. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser, but core functionality (like sales attribution) requires session cookies.
5 Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on encrypted servers in India (Mumbai region). We use industry-standard security:
- TLS 1.3 encryption for data in transit
- AES-256 encryption for payment data at rest
- Multi-factor authentication for staff access
- Annual SOC 2 audits and penetration testing
- Bug bounty program for security researchers
While we work hard to protect your data, no system is 100% secure. We'll notify you within 72 hours of any breach affecting your data.
6 Your Rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correct — update inaccurate or incomplete data
- Delete — request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
- Withdraw consent — opt out of marketing communications anytime
- Lodge a complaint — with the Data Protection Board of India

7 Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active, plus 7 years thereafter for tax and regulatory compliance. After that period, data is permanently deleted or anonymized.
8 Children's Privacy
The Affiliate Program is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we'll delete it immediately.
9 International Transfers
Some of our service providers (e.g., PayPal, SendGrid) process data outside India. Where this happens, we ensure equivalent protection through Standard Contractual Clauses or other appropriate safeguards.
10 Policy Updates
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app banner at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
