Getting Started

BonziCart is India's multi-seller online marketplace connecting shoppers with verified sellers across thousands of products — with secure payments, GST invoicing, fast shipping and a rewarding loyalty programme.

You can browse and search freely. An account is needed to place orders, track deliveries, earn reward points and manage returns.

Sign up in seconds with your email or mobile number and a one-time OTP. You can also set up a passkey for password-free sign-in.

Yes — BonziCart is an installable Progressive Web App (tap “Add to Home Screen”), and dedicated Android & iOS apps are launching soon.

The storefront supports multiple languages — switch your language from the header and the catalogue is translated on the fly.

Shopping

Use the search bar to search by keyword, or try Image Search — upload or snap a photo and we'll find visually matching products across our sellers.

Image Search fingerprints your photo and surfaces the same or visually similar items from multiple sellers, so you can compare and buy the best option.

Yes. Search results list every seller stocking an item, ranked so you can compare price, ratings and shipping before buying.

Ratings are the average of verified-buyer reviews (out of 5 stars), shown on product cards and detail pages.

Yes — product pages have a Listen button (text-to-speech), including “Read Selected Text” for just the part you highlight.

For transparency, we display the lowest price an item was offered at during the previous 30 days, so you always know you're getting a fair deal.

Some out-of-stock items can still be ordered when the seller allows it — they're sourced or made once you place the order.

Tap “Notify Me” on the product to create a Restock Alert; we'll email you the moment it's available again.

Many categories include a size chart — tap the Size Chart pill on the product to find your correct fit before ordering.

Yes — software keys, coupon codes, downloads, services and subscriptions are supported and delivered digitally after purchase.

A Group Product bundles related items together so you can view and buy them as a set.

Orders & Shipping

Go to Dashboard → My Orders and open any order to see live shipment status, from booking through pickup, transit and delivery.

Delivery time depends on the seller and your location; an estimate is shown at checkout and on each product's shipping details.

Each product shows its “Ship From” location — sellers dispatch orders from their own warehouses.

Yes — on the Cart page, use “Change” on a line item to switch to a different variant without removing it.

No — only the items you tick at checkout are ordered. Anything left unselected simply stays in your cart for later.

A GST invoice is generated for every order — download it any time from My Orders.

It depends on the seller's GSTIN state: an in-state supply is billed as CGST+SGST, while an inter-state supply is billed as IGST.

Certain goods attract GST Compensation Cess; when applicable it's itemised separately in your order breakdown.

Yes — you can cancel from My Orders before it's dispatched. Any eligible refund is then handled through our refund flow.

Payments & Refunds

Cards, UPI, net-banking and wallets via Razorpay, plus your BonziCart Wallet — and Cash on Delivery where the seller offers it.

Yes — eligible bank/card offers and BonziCart coupons appear under “Available Offers” on the product page and at checkout.

A prepaid balance used for refunds, rewards and faster checkout — view and manage it from your dashboard.

When a cancellation or return is approved, you choose where the refund goes — back to your original payment method, your Wallet, or your bank account.

Wallet refunds are near-instant; refunds to your original method or bank take the payment provider's usual 5–7 business days.

If only part of an order is returned or adjusted, we refund just that portion — your order and the seller's payout reflect the partial amount.

My Orders shows a refund chip and a details popover on every affected order, so you can follow it from request to completion.

Rewards & Offers

You earn points on eligible activity; they build your lifetime total and loyalty tier and can be redeemed as savings on future purchases.

Your Buyer Journey moves through Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum based on lifetime points earned — higher tiers unlock more perks.

Refer a friend and when they place their first eligible order (₹999+ and delivered), you earn ₹500 in your Wallet, subject to a 15-day clawback window.

Enter a valid coupon at checkout. Some coupons are BonziCart-wide and some are seller-specific — the coupon strip shows the source.

Check Dashboard → Rewards/Coupons; eligible coupons also surface on product and checkout pages when they apply.

Subscribers receive a ₹100 welcome coupon (emailed to you) plus early access to deals and launch news.

Promote BonziCart and earn rewards for the shoppers you bring in — manage it from the Affiliate section of your dashboard.

Returns & Disputes

Returns are accepted within the seller's stated return period; where none is specified, a 7-day return window applies by default.

Open the order in My Orders and request a return. Once approved, a return pickup is scheduled and tracked to completion.

If an item never arrived or arrived defective, raise a dispute from the order. Our Resolution Center tracks it between you, the seller and BonziCart.

The seller and BonziCart review it; if it's resolved in your favour you choose your refund destination — original method, Wallet or bank.

Confirming you received an order closes the loop and releases the seller's payment — only confirm once the item is actually in hand.

Yes — My Reviews lists items “Awaiting Review”. Rate them and add photos; reviewer names are masked for privacy.

Account & Security

Passkeys let you sign in without a password using your device's fingerprint, face or PIN (Windows Hello, Face ID and more) — faster and phishing-resistant.

An optional extra login step via an authenticator app (TOTP), SMS or email, plus 10 backup recovery codes — turn it on in Settings.

Go to Dashboard → Profile → Change Email and confirm the switch with an OTP for security.

Yes — Dashboard → Settings lets you manage your email, SMS and WhatsApp communication preferences.

We follow India's data-protection practices (see our Privacy Policy), and your contact details stay masked from sellers until an order is accepted.

You can request permanent deletion in Settings — your personal data is purged and any past orders are anonymised.

For Sellers

Register as a seller, choose your business categories, complete KYC, and start listing products from the seller portal.

Business verification via GST validation and a bank-account penny-drop check (RazorpayX) before you can sell and receive payouts.

A category-based commission plus applicable GST is charged per sale (see Fees & Commission). Selected products may be Zero-Commission.

Order settlements move from Held to Released after the dispute window or buyer receipt confirmation, then pay out to your verified bank account.

Yes — create coupons, campaigns and deals from the seller portal to promote your products and boost sales.

The Manage Products area handles stock updates, SKU decoding, warehouse slots and a full inventory activity history.

Yes — an admin-assisted “Sold By” transfer moves a product and its history to another seller.

Yes — generate 4×6 shipping labels and consolidated manifests from the seller Shipment dashboard.
