Your privacy and security are paramount. We do not capture, process, or store any sensitive financial information — card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs or bank login credentials — on BonziCart at any point during your transaction.
All online payments are securely routed through Razorpay, an RBI-authorised, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant gateway. At checkout you're handed to Razorpay's encrypted environment, where 256-bit encryption keeps your details hidden from unauthorised parties.
In the rare event your account is debited but the order isn't placed (a network timeout or bank-server issue):
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. The total shown at checkout is the final amount you pay — we never add hidden payment-gateway fees.
When an order is cancelled or returned, refunds are issued to your original payment method or credited to your BonziCart Wallet for instant reuse — you choose. Wallet credits are instant; bank/card refunds take 5–7 business days. Track every refund from My Orders in your dashboard.
COD is offered on eligible orders and pincodes. To keep COD available for everyone, repeated refusals of delivered orders may limit COD on future orders. Prepaid payments help us process and dispatch faster.
